Good Governance Reviews
Board governance reviews to ensure compliance with the Charities Regulator, assist organisations to ensure that their operations are effective, as well as full policy reviews, and service evaluations.

Independent Investigations
An impartial and independent investigation process covering grievance, dignity at work, bullying and harassment and appeals. We also provide Trust in Care investigations for both national and local organisations.

Conflict Management & Mediation
Workplace mediation for disputes between employees; an employee and their organisation; or individuals or families accessing a service who are in dispute with the organisation.

About Kathleen
With a strong professional and academic background in leadership, governance and management Kathleen offers workplace investigations, good governance reviews, and conflict management supports for community and voluntary organisations. Along with her associate Maeve O’Sullivan, Kathleen also delivers HIQA regulatory workshops and supports to organisations.
Kathleen has significant experience as a health and social care consultant in Ireland. Initially training as a social worker in the UK, she worked in the community and voluntary sector in Ireland for 20 years in various leadership roles.
Kathleen holds an MBS in Health Service Management from University College Cork. She also holds a Certificate in Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance through the Law Society of Ireland. She is an experienced workplace investigator accredited through the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM UK). Kathleen is also a certified mediator and is registered with the Mediators Institute of Ireland (MII) and the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
Kathleen also has significant board experience at a national level as a former board director of the Rehab Group and the Care Trust.
